Jednou žila v malé vesničce stará žena s vnučkou. Žena pekla velmi lahodné dorty – koláče. Před domem měla ovocný strom. Babička požádala holčičku aby posbírala nějaké bobule, pak upekla její oblíbený malinový koláč. Holčička zpívala píseň: Maliny, maliny, budu jíst maliny a budu nejkrásnější dívka na světě! Holčička jedla hodně malinových koláčů, pak usnula, a zdál se jí sen. Napsala recept na malinový koláč pro malé dívky, které chtějí být pěkné.

Přísady:
- 200g čerstvých malin
- 200g másla
- 200g mouky
- 150g kukuřičného škrobu
- 200g cukru
- 5 vajec
- 2 ½ lžičky prášku do pečiva
Příprava:
1.Předehřát troubu na 355 stupňů. Zvolíme buclaté a pevné maliny.
2.Připravíme si pekáč, dáme pečící papír do pekáče a připravíme si mouku, cukr, kukuřičný škrob, vejce, prášek do pečiva a navážíme mouku, cukr, kukuřičný škrob a máslo.
3.Rozmícháme máslo ve velké míse, přidáme cukr a dále mícháme asi 5 minut, pak přidáme vejce jedno po druhém. Pak přidáme mouku a kukuřičný škrob a pořádně rozmixujeme.
4. Ujistěte se že je těsto pořádně rozmixované. (Celkem míchat asi 8-10minut).
5.Nalijte těsto rovnoměrně na pekáč a rozmístíme maliny. Můžeš přidat i libovolný plody.
6.Pečeme 30–35 minut. Dáme do dortu párátko, jestli vyjde čistý, vytáhneme pekáč z trouby. Pokud se část koláče přilepí na párátko, pečeme ještě pár minut.
7. Když je koláč hotový, vytáhneme ho z trouby a necháme ho zchladnout 10 minut. Pak koláč z pekáče vytáhneme a posypeme moučkovým cukrem. Koláč můžeme podávat s ranní kávou nebo s odpoledním čajem.
