I like to make cold easy dishes for a hot summer day. So today ‘s dinner is ……..salad, easy dinner was fixed right now. All you have to do is simply cut some cucumber, tomatoes and peppers into small bites, place some creamy goat cheese on the top and sprinkle with some seasoning, a decent summer dish is ready.
