Today I cooked the lunch for my boys was a plate of eggplant with garlic sauce. This eggplant is Chinese eggplant, a long thin eggplant that is usually purple in color and often has a white streak. This spicy dish goes very nicely with plain cooked white rice.
I got this recipe couple months ago. The first time when I opened the pages, I told myself I got to try this one. That was a fabulous recipe, and you can make it with both sweet fruity sauce or mushroom sauce.
